HOW IT WORKS
Once your payment has been processed, we will email you the username and password to login. If you are using a Prepaid calling card for using our service, just reveal the user ID and password from the scratch card to log in the site.
Login for – web dialer
Enter your user ID and password on the homepage and click.
The first time to access your account, a small program will be downloaded to your browser. If you are the only person using your PC, to save time, you can check the 'remember password' box. Once you enter your login and password wait for 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on the speed of your Internet connection. Allow the web dialer to load.
After the web dialer loads simply enter the full international number and then click 'Place Call'.

DO NOT enter any international prefix e.g. 011 or 00
DO NOT enter spaces between numbers e.g. 1 555 376 2297
DO NOT enter a + sign e.g. +1 555 376 2297
DO NOT enter dashes e.g. 1-555-376-2297
DO NOT use brackets e.g. 1(555) 3762297
There are also various other buttons on your screen; here is what they do:
Place Call Click this button once you have entered a number to make the call.
Disconnect Click this button to hang up the phone.
Config This button pops up a box, which allows you to choose which devices you want to use for your microphone and speakers.
Speed Dial The Speed Dial button enables you to store numbers in an address book. To add an entry simply enter your contacts name in the 'Nickname' field and enter their full phone number including 00 and country code into the 'Phone number' field. Then click Add. To call a number already stored in the Speed Dial just double-click on the entry you'd like to call and that number will be instantly dialed from your dialer. To delete an entry just click on the name you want to delete and click 'Delete'.
Call History The Call History button shows you the calls you have made previously from your account. You can filter the calls by using the drop-down box at the top of the screen and clicking on Show CDR. You can then close this window by clicking the 'Close' button.
Relog Click on this button if you see a message saying that you have been disconnected from the server. This would normally only happen if there was an Internet problem between your computer and our server.
Log out Once you are finished using click on this button to log out.
Making Best quality Calls
It is recommended that you us the Headset/Handset. This reduces echo and background noise. If you are using Mic. (Microphone) and speaker separately then keep your speaker as far as possible from your Mic. (Microphone) this reduces background noise. Faster Internet connection: The faster your connection, the better your call quality will be.
Installing Microphone or Headset/Handset
Simply plug-in the microphone and speakers to your sound card (usually located at the back of the computer).
TESTING microphone and speaker.
To test the microphone and speaker is very simple just use the Window's Recorder to record your voice and play it to hear the sound quality through speaker or headset.
To find the windows sound recorder, please follow the instructions below
Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder.
Start recording your voice through microphone after pressing the red button on the window's sound recorder. During recording, you can see that green line changes, which shows that recorder is recording properly.
To play back your recording, you click on the play button. If you are not able to hear the sound through your speaker, make sure that your microphone is properly connected and configured.
If your recordings is clear without any distortion, then you are ready to make calls all around the world.
